Q: How long after I e-mail Cruz should I expect a reply?
A: We will respond to your e-mail within 1 business day after receipt of your e-mail. If you do not hear from us in this time frame, please give us a call in skype
Q: What is the REFINE-TEX?
A: We have the most advanced technology in the woven label field. So we can according to customer requirements to develop a new weave and texture . REFINE-TEX  Is our NEW technology. it presents a good hand feeling, fast colors and more vivid effect .and Clearer font , picture. It stands up washing and cleaning.
Q: What is the JACQUARD FABRIC?
A: You can customize the shading and pattern or LOGO in Jacquard fabric, it can show more detail, clearer pattern than the common cloth. In the same fabric can be displayed on a variety of shades, up to 10 colors, feel more valuable. And there is no minimum  requirement, especially suitable for bags and shoes fabrics.
Q: What is your minimum?
A: We have very low minimums on all of our labels. Please ask your sales rep for more information.
Q: Do you match colors?
A: Yes. If you provide us with pantone color codes, we can match it in printed labels, rubber, pvc and hang tags. We can also dye yarns to match the colors you want in woven labels. But most of the time our 20,00 different shades of threads come very close to your desired colors.
Q: Can I set up payment terms with your company?
A: No, due to the customized process and fast turnaround time, all balances are due before your product is shipped to you. 
Q: What kind of artwork does Cruz accept?
A: We prefer vector artwork (.AI or .PDF). We can also work with high resolution JPG files or Photoshop files.
How To Order Labels
  1. Fill out our easy on-line QUOTE REQUEST FORM

    Once your artwork is ready, simply fill out the Quote Request Form. If you need help with the artwork, our knowledgeable sales rep can assist you.
  2. Get price quote and proof of artwork within 1 business day!

    Our sales rep will send you a price quote via email within 1 business day.  After your price approval, our sales rep will send you a digital proof of your artwork if necessary.  Our sales rep will be happy to answer all your questions and concerns regarding pricing and artwork.

  3. Order is processed immediately with 40% payment.

    Use a credit card  for immediate processing of your order. A 40% deposit will get your order started. Sampling will start on orders requiring samples, otherwise your order will go straight into production.

  4. Order complete and ready for delivery!

    Approve your digital or physical samples as soon as you review them using our online Sample Approval Form. Your order production will be processed, completed, and delivered to you immediately after your balance is paid.

Q: What is the delivery time for your labels?
A: however all might depend on the customer needs, design and label specifications. To get the most accurate delivery times for our labels, please contact us here.

Q: What do I need before I place an order?
A:Have your logo ready; send us your request with as many details as possible such as folding type (straight cut, mid-folds or end-folds) .. The more information we receive, the faster and more accurate the label production becomes. We offer free consulting, so do not hesitate to contact us here if you are unsure about your needs or need a recommendation.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: we don’t offer the shipping fee. All the shipping fee not include in the prices. We can provide a quote of the shipping company, or you can specify a transport company.
